  • I will send a Zoom link that we would always use for sessions. You will need a stable internet connection and a private space to speak with me. People tell me they find it just as helpful as meeting a person, and research has shown outcomes are just as effective.

  • Yes, I accept AXA, Aviva, Cigna, Vitality, Allianz, WPA, and Bupa insurance payments. I also take self-funding clients. I work directly with insurance companies to facilitate payments.

  • Long-term, open-ended therapy is not the style of therapy I provide. I understand therapy is an expensive investment, so I aim to provide you with the information and tools for you to reach the place you want to be. Once we meet, I will have an idea of how many sessions I would suggest based on your needs. We would regularly check on our goals to make sure we are progressing in a direction you feel good about.
