Hi, I’m Saira, and I started Mendality to support people in a way that honours our shared humanity.
I specialise in supporting adults through their mental health struggles, helping them move toward real and lasting change through personalised therapy. People often walk away with a renewed sense of self, feeling lighter, more hopeful, and more connected to the life they want to live and the person they want to be.
