Life doesn’t look the way you expected it to.

Maybe things haven’t turned out the way you expected. Maybe you never had the chance to build a life that feels right for you. Or maybe life has thrown you into difficult circumstances, and now you're carrying emotions that feel heavy and overwhelming. But even in the mess and uncertainty, healing is possible. You are not alone, and it’s never too late to create something new—something that feels more like you.

Sound familiar?

No matter what you do and how hard you try, you cannot make sense of what you are experiencing or understand how to move forward?

Often, people come to me experiencing one or more of the following:

  • Feeling anxious, fearful, constantly on edge, or panicked—avoiding things they once enjoyed

  • Struggling to relax or “switch off,” having trouble sleeping, or experiencing frequent nightmares

  • Irritability or anger—overreacting and then feeling guilty or ashamed afterwards

  • Overthinking and replaying social interactions again and again

  • Feeling deeply lonely, isolated, or misunderstood

  • A sense of numbness, low mood, or hopelessness about the future

  • Persistent feelings of guilt or shame

  • Confusion about their identity or feeling disconnected from who they are

  • Periods where coping feels impossible, making everyday life feel overwhelming

  • Intense emotional reactions or feeling like painful experiences are happening all over again

I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m Saira, and I’m here to help. Life doesn’t have to stay this way.

I specialise in supporting adults through their mental health struggles, helping them move toward real and lasting change through personalised therapy. My clients often walk away with a renewed sense of self—feeling lighter, more hopeful, and more connected to the life they want to live.

I know that reaching out to a psychologist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying pain for a long time or are navigating a challenging chapter. It takes real courage to take that first step toward healing—and I honour that.

I created Mendality as a space to help us “mend” ourselves through a holistic mind-body approach. Together, we explore not just our thoughts and emotions but also our patterns, ways of being, and relationships—with others and with ourselves. From that place, change becomes possible.

HOW I WORK

I believe therapy should be simple.

Feel free to email me for more information, I will then send documents for you to review – if you decide to proceed, we will schedule an assessment. After that, I will give you my recommendations, and we can begin mapping out a path to your journey. My aim is to be pragmatic, accountable, transparent, and trustworthy.

If I am not the right specialist for you, no problem. I’ll refer you to another talented therapist in my network who can help.

Together, we work to find what’s holding you back.

You can engage in life again and find hope.
