Reconnect with others. Reconnect to yourself.
Mindfulness for Life is worth investing in.
Coming Home to the Body
Mindfulness for Life is a group educational course that runs for 2 hours a week for 8 weeks and requires a commitment to home practice between sessions.
The group programme was developed by Oxford Mindfulness. The course weaves together Eastern teaching and philosophy with Western cognitive science. Change happens from the fruits of practice and often takes time, and these benefits are not guaranteed to happen to everyone. But from our own experience and existing research, we know that mindfulness is helpful for many people.
