We need to collect the following sensitive data about you if you are using our psychological services in order to comply with the standards for ethical practice set out by the Health and Care Professionals Council. Sensitive data includes information about your health, including information about your existing
and previous medical conditions, medication details, psychiatric history and any other relevant health information to enable us to carry out our services to you.
We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details, we will send you a further communication asking for you to confirm your consent to this processing.

We do not carry out automated decision making or any type of automated profiling.
